Juliana Hamilton Chase was born in Langley, South Carolina. For her artwork, her favorite subjects are landscapes, wildlife, nature studies and house portraits. She works in watercolors, oils and pastels in both Impressionistic and Realistic styles. Works in permanent collections include, The National Museum of Women in the Arts, The Smithsonian Institute and The Governor's Mansion (Nashville, TN). Also in major corporate collections across the United States and six foreign countries
